My partner and I recently stayed in a hotel in Ha Long for our romantic escape. We loved the friendly staff who were always ready to assist us with our requests and even went above and beyond to make our stay special. The rooms were spacious, comfy, and had good air conditioning--perfect for the hot weather. We also enjoyed the free WiFi and delicious breakfast with a variety of options. Most importantly, the hotel was conveniently located close to the local attractions and restaurants.
The only downside we experienced was that our room was located on the main street side. Unfortunately, the windows did not have sufficient noise insulation, and the traffic noise could be heard even during the night.

Clean rooms, comfortable bed, friendly staff, good air conditioning, good WiFi, perfect location near viewpoint and restaurants.

The hotel's location is great, it is away from the real tourist area which really allowed us to enjoy the more authentic parts of the city, yet close to everything. We had breakfast here every morning and it was good and satisfying. The staff were very friendly and always available to help us with anything we needed. Additionally, the hotel facilities were modern and clean.
Couldn't find any faults at all.

It was away from the touristy area, allowing us to appreciate the authentic parts of the city. the staff provided excellent service, and the clean room with good air conditioning gave us a comfortable night's sleep. Breakfast choices were satisfying, and the WiFi worked well.
The street noise was a bit too loud at night, and the window insulation was not sufficient.

The hotel was well located near the port and the staff was friendly. the New Year's Eve event was fun and the decorations added a festive vibe to the already charming environment. the hotel had comfortable beds and good air conditioning that provided a good night's sleep and refreshing cold mornings.
The room was not as clean as I expected and the bathroom needed some work. the hot water was not consistent and low pressure.
